Agile project manager Scrum Master (m/f/d) in Bremen

Join our innovative client as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master (m/f/d), where you will play a pivotal role in driving successful project delivery through Agile methodologies. Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project goals and scope.
Implement and champion Agile and Scrum best practices, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to Agile principles.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana to manage and track project progress.
Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration within the team and promote a mindset of continuous learning.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones, managing risks and dependencies effectively.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and the use of Agile tools.
Implement Agile metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team efficiency and project success.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate DevOps practices and tools into the Agile workflow.
Lead cross-functional teams in the adoption of new Agile practices and tools to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in complex project environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
